Tales from the ER, and more importantly Shop the House faves!

Hello friends!  Well, my un-blogginess turned out to be a viral infection which had me in bed for 3 days and a trip to ER this afternoon for dehydration.   Nothing like starting out the week with a bang, eh?

I'm happy to report that after 2 bags of fluid and a bag of antibiotics I'm feeling MUCH better.  Sshhhh, don't tell Mr. Finesse Your Nest.  I've got to milk this as long as I can!

Anywho....

I wanted to share with you some of my fave "Shop the House" projects from this past Sunday as well as my first event!  Thank you all who linked up!  As soon as I'm 100% I'll be a craftin' fool!

Don't forget to grab an "I Was Featured Button" if you are featured below!

Shells & sand. I'm in love...
This beauty created by Shellbelle at Shellbelle's Tiki Hut!

This started as a $5 vase from Ikea and look at it now!  Wow!  From Amy at Designaholic!

Valentine banner made from a cracker box.  Love it!  From In My Free Time.

Beautiful sign from Tara at Scarborough Seashells.

So thanks everyone for participating.  Sorry I was out of commission until tonight, but so happy to see my little Linky party is growing week by week!

Oh, and for you Trash Pickers, link up Thursday for my other party and show off your curbside treasures!

Hey Kendall !! Thanks SO much for stopping by and leaving such a sweet note on my blog !! And, how FLATTERED would I be if you wanted to feature me (although, you may lose followers due to their lack of interest in your post about my little ol' blog). LOL. I look forward to "following" you and seeing what fun projects are in your future !! Thanks again, Becca (Adv. in Decorating)

WOW! I am so excited, I can't believe you featured me! I am honored and humbled for sure.

Sorry to hear you were under the weather, but glad to hear you're feeling better (and I promise not to tell).

I missed last Sunday, my project wasn't finished and the weekend was a bit crazy as we prepare for our move. BUT, I wanted to be sure to see what everyone else posted. I'm looking for ideas for my new place and they give me such inspiration.

Keep feeling better and better. Thanks again for such a sweet gesture!

Hi Kendall, so glad you're feeling better, what a lousy weekend!

Thanks so much for featuring my sign, I am really flattered that you liked it- I had a lot of fun and it gave me a chance to do something with the "before" sign that was still sitting in my basement (unpacked) from when we moved into this house last summer! :)

PS- I LOVE Amy's (design-aholic) vase redo, I'm going to try that with an empty wine bottle! Thanks for all the great inspiration!
