Week in Review!

Happy Easter Weekend everyone!

The kids were out of school yesterday which kept me away from the computer all day, so here is my week in review:

I'm working on my patio makeover!  Aaah, will it ever be done?

And here are some of the really neat things I found on other blogs this week:

Show & Tell framed out her builder mirror with chunky moulding.  She mitered the pieces and attached them to the mirror with Liquid Nails.  Looks great!

Alphabet Balls at Redheads Craft More Fun

Tissue Paper Ceiling Treatment at The Magic Brush Inc.

Rock Shadowboxes at Tracy's Trinkets & Treasures

Subway style "Family Rules" Art at Where the Heart Is

Seashell filled lantern at Alchemy Junk. If you haven't checked them out, go visit.  They are one of my new favorites!

The Week In Review and "Shop The House Sunday" (early!)

Well, I am off to Red River, NM, to fall down a very tall mountain ski for Spring Break!  The bags are packed and I think I've managed to include enough gadgets to entertain the kiddos for the 14 hour trip!  My stories of long road trips as a kid with nothing to do but count cows didn't phase them....kids these days!

Here is my Friday "Week in Review"!

I gave away lots of books in celebration of surpassing 200 followers!

I did a little mini makeover (okay VERY mini, but I get an E for Effort right?) in my laundry room and "shopped" my house!
But look what these talented ladies found when they "shopped their house"!

Junk mail art from Happy Hodgepodge Home.
Can you believe the floral image came from a junk mail catalog destined for the garbage?!

Moss buckets from A Bit O' Shine.
So easy and SO CUTE!

Ikea Magnet Board Transformation from Under The Table & Dreaming.

Cute hairbow holder for a special little girl from Delights...

I'm SO EXCITED about the kickin' blog makeover Finesse Your Nest got this week courtesy of Erika at Blue Label Bungalow!

Are you looking to give your blog an "upgrade"?  Contact Erika and tell her I sent you!

Trash Pickin was nill for me this week, but check out what Wendy at Relatively Unique
found!
Aren't they great?!  She's going to make a headboard out of these chippy shutters.  Can't wait to see it Wendy!

So off I go and I'll see you guys next Thursday morning.  I'm putting "Shop The House Sunday" up early so link up your projects.  I'm looking forward to reading your posts next week!

"Shop" your house (in your pajamas if you wanna!) and create something for free!

Projects can be ANYTHING,  like repurposing an item, moving something to a different room for a new look, a recycled project, painting projects, organizing projects, tablescapes, rearranging furniture...the sky's the limit.

THE ONLY RULE?

YOUR PROJECT MUST USE ITEMS YOU ALREADY OWN.
We're sharing projects that cost NO MONEY.

Can't wait to see everyone's ideas for FREE decorating!
Link up and party!
1.  Use the link for your POST, not the link for your blog.
2.  Link back to this party, with the button on the right side or a text link.

Linky will be up through Monday morning, to give everyone time to shop, create, show and tell!
