Decorative packing tape....who woulda thunk it?  My wheels are turning thinking about all the "non-package" uses for this stuff.

Wouldn't it be fun to cover the frame of an old mirror in this stuff?  I love the "cartooney" feel.  Would be cute in a kid's room (hunting or camping theme?)
