That table has some gorgeous lines! And I think the new stain will look terrific.
I came over from Amanda's blog and am totally wishing I could be at Blissdom. I live in Birmingham, Ala., and have three boys ages 8, 6 and almost-3. Very nice! If you haven't picked your top coat yet, I had great luck with Deft spray lacquer, that stuff is the bomb and perfect to still see and feel the grain of the wood - without coating the table with a smooth poly.
