Shop The House Sunday!

Welcome to Shop The House Sunday!

"Shop" your house (in your pajamas if you wanna!) and create something for free!

Projects can be ANYTHING,  like repurposing an item, moving something to a different room for a new look, a recycled project, painting projects, organizing projects, tablescapes, rearranging furniture...the sky's the limit.

THE ONLY RULE?

YOUR PROJECT MUST USE ITEMS YOU ALREADY OWN.
We're sharing projects that cost NO MONEY.

Can't wait to see everyone's ideas for FREE decorating!
Link up and party!
1.  Use the link for your POST, not the link for your blog.
2.  Link back to this party, with the button on the right side or a text link.

Linky will be up through Monday morning, to give everyone time to shop, create, show and tell!

We are installing our wood plank flooring soon, so I'm on a very TIGHT decorating budget.  I "shopped" my house this week to freshen things up!  The best part?  I didn't spend a penny!

I created a summer beach collection fireplace...

I decluttered the lamp table...

I filled old jars with smooth rocks and sea glass...

And finally, I overhauled my foyer and created a simple tablescape on my mirrored buffet which was hiding in the dining room!

Moving the large mirror to the stairwell nook and filling a seagrass container with driftwood helped hide the ugly air vent!

Here are my fave "shops" from 2 weeks ago (I was a loser and forgot to put the event up last weekend when I was away at my scrapbooking retreat!)

Tracy over at Tracy's Trinkets and Treasures gave her patio light a makeover by painting it and adding the cute numbers!  Love this idea!

Leanne at Organize & Decorate Everything added vinyl cutouts to these cute mirrors.  What a great idea and when she gets tired of the look, she can just peel off the vinyl!

So now it's your turn!

Thanks for featuring my mirrors. Your entry is beautiful. I love the mirrored buffet and the vase full of driftwood is awesome.

Love your pics! I wish you had the list open a little longer I didn't see the Linky party until it was already closed. :-(

You have more coastal things around your house than I do! The fireplace is quite something, and I love the driftwood a lot -my pieces are just leaning in the corner, hmmmm.
