"Best of Your Nest" Highlights

I had my first blog party on Friday! Here are some of my favorite projects....

Maya at Completely Coastal made this very cool  shell embellished door...

I love the oars propped in the corner too!

Cindy at Cottage Instincts made these beautiful curtains out of DROPCLOTHS!

Aren't they gorgeous?!

She also made these VERY CUTE personalized bulletin boards!

Linda at Coastal Charm made this ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS shell covered mirror!

And she dressed her parsons chairs up with an elegant fringe trim & these smart little monogrammed pillows.  Love it!

Amy at Design-Aholic rehabbed this $20 thrift store buffet...

She paid attention to every detail, including this beautiful black & white damask drawer liner!

Total cost for her project?  $75!  And it looks like it stepped right out of the Pottery Barn catalog!

Thanks to everyone who participated. I'm looking forward to everyone's projects in 2010!

Linda - you are quite welcome! I'm going to have to make that shell mirror. It's calling my name! Thanks so much for participating. It ended up being a 4 person "tea party" but I've got to start somewhere right? Have a great week!

Cindy - Thanks so much for posting! I'm going to try to get in on your par-tay today. Sadly, I've crafted nothing this weekend (boo!) but I'm working on living room overhaul this morning, so maybe, just maybe!
